About the Project

A DIFFERENT KIND OF PLACE
A place of spiritual discovery whose doors are open to all, Chabad of Greater St. Louis began operating in 1981. With its signature focus on warmth and acceptance, Chabad has invested in partnerships and collaborations that unite the community and enhance Jewish life, and has introduced a dynamic array of programming that has touched the hearts and minds of thousands.

This Capital Funds Campaign will transform Chabad’s headquarters in the St. Louis region - the Morris & Ann Lazaroff Chabad Center - nearly doubling the building’s functionality, while retaining the warm, homey ambiance that has been its hallmark.

A PLACE FOR
FAMILY &
CELEBRATION
This will be a place where parents transmit the joy and beauty of Judaism to their children and where older adults witness future generations celebrating Jewish life.

A PLACE FOR DISCOVERY
Chabad is a place where questions are embraced and the relevance and meaning of being Jewish are brought to life in ways that are accessible to all.

Cutting edge technology will make presentations interactive, fun and deeply engaging. Expandable multipurpose rooms will comfortably accommodate nearly 200 for community lectures, seminars and classes.

A PLACE WHERE YOU BELONG
This place is yours. For family and community. For celebration and discovery. For spirituality and for helping others. Chabad has no membership or dues. It is truly a place that every Jew can call home.
